About the Project
This AI-based recipe management system is a B2B SaaS project designed to enhance customer satisfaction and boost restaurant revenue. It’s a cutting-edge solution for the digital age, offering an intuitive interface for both users and clients. The system helps restaurants maintain credibility with their customers by providing precise food ratios and allowing easy interaction with an AI bot for any inquiries. It's a dynamic and efficient tool for modern restaurant management.
problems
The problem is Costwise previously have an unorganized management system. Where navigating was much more complex also UI was there one of the issues. Besides this the previous one doesn’t have any AI-bot.which we had to maintain.
challenges
Costwise previously had an unorganized management system, making navigation complex and UI/UX inefficient. Additionally, the absence of an AI-bot required manual maintenance, increasing workload and inefficiency.
solution
Firstly we research the whole project from the root and try to understand the users pain points. We working on Ui and the color and majorly on UX. We have introduce the AI-bot system and the dynamic calendar. Also we reduce the repetitive things. we also introduce the global search and advance filter system.
Super professional and understood very quickly what I was looking for. I myself have no experience in this area, but A2Z still understood what I meant and solved everything. And also delivered a week earlier than planned. I would highly recommend A2Z, and I have already signed up for another project with A2Z.
